Service scope, timelines, and pricing are defined in written proposals, agreements, or communications approved by both parties.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for project execution.
• Ensure they have the legal rights to any content, images, or materials provided.
• Respond to approvals and feedback within reasonable timeframes.

3. Payments and Fees

All fees are agreed upon before project commencement. Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule.

Delays in payment may result in paused services or delayed delivery. All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives rights to the final approved deliverables unless otherwise agreed.

Impec Solution retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials unless confidentiality is requested in writing.

5. Revisions and Changes

Reasonable revisions are included as defined in the project agreement. Additional changes outside the original scope may incur extra charges and affect timelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

Impec Solution is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

We do not guarantee specific results such as rankings, revenue growth, or performance outcomes unless explicitly stated.

7. Third-Party Services

Some services may rely on third-party platforms (such as hosting providers, analytics tools, or app stores). Impec Solution is not responsible for changes, outages, or policies of third-party services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Work completed up to the termination date remains payable.

9. Governing Law
